| WVYSA OCTOBER MEETING SUMMARY <>BR> CLUBS IN ATTENDANCE: Back Mountain, Bear Creek , Cosmos, Forty Fort, Hanover, Kingston, Mountaintop, Plains, Skyhawks, Stoners and West Side Absent: Nanticoke <>BR> NEW BUSINESS <>BR> * Officer nominations for 2012 are as follows: President-Kathy Gigliotti; Vice President-Pat Franckiewicz; Treasurer-John Kutza; Secretary-Lori Conway; Registrar-Kim Gittens and Game Commissioner-Rich Klepadlo. Nominations will reopen again at the November meeting and voting will take place at the December meeting. <>BR> * Field #7 will not be available for the County Cup on October 22-23, 2011. All games will remain at the same times and take place at Jenkins Lions field. <>BR> * Refunds for the Fall Festival will be sent out at the end of October in the amount of $35.00 per team entered. <>BR> * Plains is having a U6-U8 tournament for one day on Nov 5th. Applications are available on the Plains website. <>BR> * Referee reports should be completed for all incidents and red cards and attached to an email. <>BR> * Spring soccer will be available for age groups U7-U16. | WVYSA September Meeting Summary CLUBS IN ATTENDANCE: Back Mountain, Bear Creek, Cosmos, Forty Fort, Hanover, Plains, West Side United; Absent: Nanticoke and Stoners OLD BUSINESS Clubs need to get player information into gotsoccer.com database – WVYSA will be submitting payment voucher to EPYSA by October 1, 2011. County Cup applications are now due. NEW BUSINESS WVYSA 2011 Soccer Festival was cancelled due to flooding and evacuation the weekend of September 10-11. Expenses were incurred even though the festival was cancelled. Kingston made a motion to refund each club $35 per team that registered for the festival. Motion passed. Reminder was given that all clubs should have their players wear the same color socks (no black). Socks should be representative of the club's color. Final decision will be made at October meeting as to which color individual clubs will wear in 2012. Pinnies should be worn by the home team if two teams with similar color jerseys are playing. West Side United will organize a referee course for the Spring, 2012. Next meeting will be Sunday, October 16 at 6:00 PM at Angelo's Pizzeria in Wyoming.
